The Thai Cat is also known as the traditional Siamese, or apple-head Siamese.  The Thai (Wichien Maat) is actually a more ancient breed than their cousins.  Both the Siamese and Thai cats originated in Thailand, although a breeder did not develop the Thai kitties through a selective process, they just came to be by themselves. "The OG!"
